Corporate "Catch & Release" Employee Fishing Activity (3 stocked Ponds)
Give us the number of employees and Date. We arrange the day of interactive fishing. Include drive time, number of hours "catch & release" fishing, fish fry or catering. Let us know how many will bring their own bait & tackle to fish and how many will not be fishing. Is catering needed? We can help locate the price that meets your budget. Bring your employees to our high fenced PowderKegg Wildlife Preserve to enjoy nature for four (4) hours. They could picnic, `catch & release' fish (employees will need to bring their own bait & tackle), play volleyball, horseshoe games or just enjoy walking the trails. You could even have a speaker. Choose a day within the week. You should be able to write the day off as a business deduction. This would be a great day that your employees would enjoy remembering for years to come!

Special Price for Businesses

Four (4) hours use of the Gazebo Island, the 3 Ponds, Gaming Lawn, Grounds and Picnic Tables. (Lodge is not included in this special) This includes "Catch & Release" Fishing. Clean-up time needs to be included within the last hour of the 4 hours. Price is $15 per person with a $270 minimum. [Catering may be arranged outside of the `Special Price' at an additional $5 per person. If you would like to cook instead, large gas grille is available. Rental Rates
Note: The requirements for rental of PowderKegg Wildlife Preserve have been developed with careful consideration for the convenience of the renter and for the maintenance and protection of the Preserve's grounds and the Lodge. We ask your cooperation in helping us maintain the Preserve. PowderKegg Wildlife Preserve LLC reserves the right to deny a reservation request for a function construed to be a danger to the Grounds/Main Lodge or its contents or if the function is not in keeping with the Maintenance of the Preserve. Rental agreement is subject to cancellation by outfitter if our procedure deadlines are not met.
No Hunts will be scheduled during time period contracted for an Event Rental Use of Preserve. Therefore, we cannot refund cancellations during Hunting Season!
To agree upon a fair fee, we need to know:
1). what type event you are to have,
2). how many people you are inviting,
3). what particular catering needs for your event,
4). how many hours to be used for event,
5). date & time,
6). areas of use (to be approved by outfitter)

Actual Event "Grounds" Use Rental Fee - Base Rate of $150 for 2 hours, plus $50 per additional hour (also check "Main Lodge Use" below)
(All Grounds Use requires at least one Portable Toilet. Local Supplier charges $70 per portable toilet. Arrange in advance. No exceptions, please. )

Gaming Lawn
Includes:
- Lawn area of 40 foot by 80 foot surrounded by Italian Cypress & floral shrubs
- Badmitton/Volleyball professional net available

Includes:
- Electric Outlets

- Clean-up Time : to be completed Immediately at end of Event & To be included in 'Actual Event Use' Total Hours (unless renter is using one of "Gazebo Island Specials" above, or arranged otherwise with outfitter) Otherwise, renter will be subject to a clean-up fee charged by outside cleaning venders (no less than $100).
- Portable Toilets: All Grounds Use events require at least one Portable Toilet. Local Supplier charges us $70 per toilet. We need at least 2 weeks notice to arrange delivery. No Exceptions.
- Picnic tables: Eight (8) available at no additional charge.
- Guest List: is responsibility of Renter...To insure Privacy & Security, renter may provide a copy to outfitter one day prior to event.
- Security Deposit: $250 to secure Date (see Event Rental Contract for details). A refund check will be returned within 2 weeks (14 days) after Event Rental Date, subject to the condition of the Grounds/Lodge after rental.

Gazebo Island only 'Social Party' Fall Special (i.e. Parties, Reunions, Concerts, Business socials, etc): $270 Particulars: up to 150 guests, 1 Portable Toilet provided; Actual Event Usage: 4 Hours, which includes Clean-up. Minimum Set up time to be arranged with outfitter of PowderKegg Wildlife Preserve. Catering available for a separate fee on a per person basis.
Main Lodge only 'Holiday Party': $10 per person 1-20, $5 per person 21-60 Particulars: 20 guest minium, 60 guest maximum; Actual Event Usage: 4 Hours, which includes Clean-up. Minimum Set up time to be arranged with outfitter of PowderKegg Wildlife Preserve. Guest List required for gate entrance. Catering available for a separate fee on a per person basis.
Gazebo Island only 'All in One Day' Wedding &/or Reception Special: $370 Particulars: up to 150 guests, 1 Portable Toilet provided; Actual Event Day Usage: 6 Hours; Set-up: Morning of Event, includes Fish Camp for catering setup; Clean-up: Evening/Night of Event; ... All time usage of PowderKegg Wildlife Preserve for this special must be agreed upon in writing.
Gazebo Island & Main Lodge Wedding &/or Reception Special: $570 Particulars: up to 250 guests, 1 Portable Toilet provided; Actual Event Day Usage: 8 Hours. Set-up: Up to 24 hours Prior to Event. Clean-up: Up to 18 hours After Event;... All Time usage of PowderKegg Wildlife Preserve for this special must be agreed upon in writing.
