Hundreds of Acres High Fenced for Privacy & Security. . . . .

Will accommodate a maximum of 3 couples, 1 family or

ten hunters in combination of two locations on the Preserve (see below).

1. Pond 3 Waterfront Lodging fully furnished includes:

One master bathroom with double size bed and oval bathtub and separate shower stall

Two(2) separate bedrooms with double size beds

One additional bathroom with bathtub/shower combination

Outdoor Grill

Microwave, Oven Range, Sink, Refrigerator, washer, dryer

TV and VHS equipment for movies that you bring for your nighttime viewing. No satellite television service.

2. Main Resort Lodge (available deer hunting season & by special request only) fully furnished includes:

professional billiards table

state-of-the-art sound system throughout

fireplace in catheral section of Lodge, 2 sofas & 2 round tables with chairs

outside covered state-of-the-art hot tub that fits 8 people easily

enclosed floral private garden

gazebo island for lounging & breakfast

Bedroom 1 with one king size bed

Full Bathroom with jacuzzi tub/shower combination

Bedroom 2 with two queen size beds

Full Bathroom with shower, washer/dryer

Kitchen with refrigerator, sink, stove/oven, microwave & buffet counter

Great Room with big screen TV, DishTV service

Two (2) fold-out couches for extra sleeping space

Overnight accommodation without meals: $90.00 per individual per night. $150.00 per couple per night. Additional Activities (i.e. fishing, horseback riding, etc.) are separate fees. Book Now

Meals (must be arranged no later than two (2) days in advance) - Two Meals available per day: 10am & 8pm

Note: Keep your Pets at home. We cannot allow them. They create stress for the wildlife on the Preserve.
